Today, I'm going to write about relationship between eyesight and personal relations like the weather. Key tool is glasses and contact lenses. there is my friend's experience.
My eyesight was low. So, I couldn't see around and couldn't communicate with other people. I was afraid of any people because I couldn't understand person's expression. I became retiring and alone. I wished I had talked each other, but I didn't find a way to have relations with other people.
Do you understand my suffering? Anyway I wanted to escape from fear and loneliness, but I did nothing but ran away. It was as if I had wandered aimlessly in the dark rain. My parents worried about me.
One day, my parents gave me a pair of glasses, and I put on it. My eyesight was recovered by it, and I came to be able to see around. I was very surprised because I didn't know about glasses at all. I was very glad, and my feeling became good. Also, I came to talk with several people. However, my face was not original because I was wearing glasses. It was as if I had walked in the light rain.
Next year, my parents gave me contact lenses. I was frightened of wearing contact lenses, but I tried to put in it. As a result, I could see around without glasses. It was as if the weather had changed sunny. Now, I actively talk with many people and have good personal relationship.
I think glasses or contact lenses are important tools that make good personal relations for people who have low eyesight.
You use the light rain for an example, not cloudy. I think it is very good choice because glasses disturbs some action. For example, when I play futsal and tennis. If it is light rain, I can't play comfortably. However, If it is cloudy, the weather dose not disturb to play. I can't play comfortably when I put on glasses. For this reason, I think that the light rain is better word than cloudy.

I think that the sentence is very deep. Because I wear glasses and contact lenses, too. I wear contact lenses on days to exercise. On the other hand, I wear the glasses on days not to exercise. So, I use the glasses than contact lenses.
I have used glasses since 2004. In the beginning, I didn't like wearing glasses for “my face was not original”.
Recently, junior high students whom I teach mathematics said,“you look good with glasses”. I was glad to hear it.
In conclusion, when I wear the glasses, as well as contact lenses, it's my face.

I can understand what you felt. Actually, my eyesight was low too. Therefore, it was too difficult to play soccer in my case. After putting contact, I could have a confidence. Also, I agree with Kazuya!! The choice is great.

Many people rely on sense of sight much , when we want to know someone's thinking and feeling.

ReplyDeleteYou said putting on glasses is one of the great personalities. I think so too, but there are many people who don't like the face covered with glasses. In my case, I don't want to put on glasses when I meet the favorite girl because I think that the glasses don't suit me!!
DeleteIn my opinion, even if I have put on glasses, l would not want to take off my glasses in my favorite girl's presence. The reason is that not appearance but character is important, so I think good character makes our appearance look cool or beautiful. Therefore, You can't have confidence in your appearance without making original character.

My eyesight is not poor, so I have never used glasses. Therefore, it is not easy for me to understand Minori's sentence. Is it difficult for people whose eyesight is low to communicate? I think your face worn glasses is one of great personaliy, so I can't image you walk in the light rain.

ReplyDeleteI can't see around without eyeglass or contact lenses,too. The difference between naked eye and eyeglass or contact lenses are very big. So, I understood your example.In addition, I thought that your idea of weather is wonderful!!!

The contact lens is splendid invention of the human. This give us a light and brightness.

I think that watching people around me is very important for taking good relationship. The reason is that relationship is understanding personality each other. So this writing is very good!!!!

I agree with Minori's sentence, too!! My eyesight is low, so I am always wearing glasses or contact lens. When I didn't wear glasses or contact lens, I can't see most of views. One of my friend said."When your eyes are thin, your personality looks bad." This thing means that if eyesight is low, personality doesn't look good. I feel that the things that eyesight is low is inconvenient like weather.
ReplyDeleteI affirm you very much. I have experienced similar situation. My eyesight is low, too. When I matriculate, it was hard for me to remember person's face without glasses.
DeleteSo I made my eyes thin to see more. A month passed, I was said.“What are you angry about?” I couldn't understand that words at first, then I finally notice that narrowing my eyes are looked bud and angry. Since that, I decided to wear glasses aggressively.
I understand your sentence because during few years my eyesight has been failing little by little, so sometimes I wear glasses. When I take off my glasses, I can't find my friends. The relationship between my friends may becomes damaged. I think so too that glasses is important tools that make good relationship for people who have bad eyesight.

Actually, I cannot understand the feeling of the person having poor eyesight because I have good eyesight. I felt that I should thank for the thing that had good eyesight.

ReplyDeleteRecentry my eyesight is decreasing but, I don't have glasses and contact lens. If my eyesight is fine,more happy and more easy to judgement. Therefor When I watch distant tihng my face look like displeasure.So I understand this emotion like as weather.It is good example.
